Can you use vst plugin demos on logic express 7?

Hi all very new to this and just wondering if you can use vst plugins on logic express 7. Thanks in advance.

normally you can't use vst-plugins in logic express 7 or pro 7. only audiounits are supported. but you can "convert" osx vst-plugins by using the vst-au adapter.
