Audio to Miditrigger

Hallo this is my fist posting here.. please excuse my bad english
I Try to find a plugin to get trigger informations from an audio signal.(and record the trigger signals realtime as midi notes to a miditrack in cubase SL)
I want to be be able to rebuild rythmic phrasings of a single drum track or get the rythmic essence of a stereo mix in a midi track
hopefull to get a resolution here...

MIDIcinal is in beta, but might well serve your needs

It's only CC tho, rather than MIDI Notes..
