I have only tried the vst converter. It's a little buggy.
I haven't figured out how to crossfade both the left and right side of the the waves.
any one else?

ask the developer.
I just sent him an email asking about upgrade details and he shot me back an answer even though it's way past midnight in over there.

yeah, I've already been back and forth with him since early today and also just now.
This app has massive potential, I'm just not sure if I'm using it correctly.

The only thing which I dislike about the VSTi converter is that it's in a very rough shape , e.g. no preset changing or master volume settings .
Otherwise it looks promising .

I also noticed that all reference to sampletank 2 conversion has gone from the release announcement and from the website. I wonder if there's been pressure applied from IK since our discussion here from a few weeks ago.

similar to chainers 'export VST chain to .sf2 / .wav' feature ...
... only not (yet) quite as sophisticated (but DOES output to LOADS more sample formats than just the .wav or .sf2 that chainer does) ...

it does however do multiple velocities unlike chainer. It doesn't seem to name them in a very intuitive way though.

Did you guys get an email from Wlodzimierz, with a link to the new version? I haven't heard anything.

The new version is a paid upgrade (US$35 or so, down from list of US$87). If you drop a note to info@extranslator.com with your e-mail in it, he will send you a "coupon code", that combined with your EXSC2 license code, will give you the discounted purchase page.sluggo wrote:Did you guys get an email from Wlodzimierz, with a link to the new version? I bought it yesterday, installed it, but haven't tried it yet, life's been crazy lately.
