Together with Nethernet Corp, we are offering 5 free licenses of their new Mopis software synthesizer (a $50 US value). One of its most interesting features, from the standpoint of sample users, is that Mopis can load samples and reconstruct (or resynthesize) them. It is also available for Windows and Mac OS X (10.3.9 or later), both platforms are included with the license.

Over the next 5 weeks, from February 12th to March 21st, 1 free Mopis license will be randomly drawn each week.

1- To enter, you have to buy one sample set or bundle from Les Productions Zvon. Each purchase will count as one entry. So, for instance, if you make 3 purchases, you will have 3 chances of winning. But only one prize will be given to any participant. So there will be 5 winners, one per week, and each will win one prize only.

2- The drawings will take place on Wednesdays and the names of every person who bought one of our product in the previous week, from the previous Wenesday to the previous Tuesday of each drawing, will be automatically eligible for the said drawing. After a drawing, all the names will be deleted and we start anew. Basically this means that a specific purchase enters you in one, and only one, of the 5 drawings. Someone who would wish to enter the 5 drawings, would have to make 1 purchase every week. NOTE: the first week has 9 days and all the others have 7 days.

Besides the examples already on the Mopis website, here are 2 more MP3s made with presets I created.

First one is a variation I made of a preset creted by Kevin (Mopis programmer) that uses a kind of metallic noise sample. The variation I made reminds me of Pink Floyd Ummagumma days. Few notes and most have a long duration.

For the second one I loaded 2 of our own Marching Band Horn samples in Mopis:

The "Double Horn" preset is available for free with some others on the Mopis forum. Crash variation 09 will be soon.
