There's gonna be one for Powercore soonish, Harmony 4 (I think) by TC Helicon. They say it's gonna be released on March, but if I judge by the Intonator release, expect it around summer...
Oh, its MSRP is around $795...

I got Decabuddy while most of the last copies were being sold off cheaply. Excellent sound, easy to use. If you can find a copy for sale it's still what I'd recommend.

Their software operation got bought by... I forget who, but I think it was a company with a poor reputation for support. :-( Maybe that's who discontinued the VST effects line. A shame, as they're wonderfully engineered plugs.
Only advice I can offer is to keep an eye on eBay (and be careful to get a legal original, of course). Or start a "WTB" (want to buy) thread in the Marketplace forum here at KVR.
Good luck!

Change the voice, harmonize, do what you like:
Original Vocal
After Choir Boy (voice change + ensemble + reverb)
