Looking for a 'metallic' fx plug-in

I've been checking out this Ugo Texture VSTi - which has an interesting metal fx section, with functions like Clang and Feedback.
I'm sure I've heard this effect many times before, but I wouldn't know where to start looking for it in plugin form.
Does anyone know of any fx plugins with this kind of feature? I don't suppose Reaktor has something like this in it? I've tried Waves Metalflanger before and it's not quite what I'm after.
Thanks in advance.

Ugo's Metallurgy. it's not free (20$) but has a useful demo. It's great metallize effect plus many other fx sections.

try the springline reverb beta from duncan mix it with a ringmodulator and run it thru an impulse of a Flüstertüte - should give you some decent results

Best option: get Metallurgy. Excellent plugin, and made by Ugo himself so likely to have the effect in your favourite flavour.
Otherwise, you can use a delay which supports very short repeat times and automate the time. Not as good, but sounds similar.

thanks so much! exactly what i was looking for
i suppose this metallic effect is something along the lines of a spring reverb, ring modulator in itself then? i was certainly thinking around those lines when trying to sus out the effect...

As far as I know it's more similar to a comb filter - a delay with a very short repeat time and feeding back into itself.

If you have Reaktor, grab Laserbrew from the User Library.
If not Ugo's Metallurgy(which I helped concept) is great, and you can also try out Metal Mickey, which is a free SE effect, but I forget which Dev made it..

Buy Metallurgy for Ugo's sake!
But if you don't have the $$$, OCTOECHO is a VST that can do that sort of thing, you can get it from the DarkWare link in my sig.
