Routing Kontakt2 to Cubase SX3

Hi, sorry if this is a basic question or the answer is in cubase rather than Kontakt. I want to route different instruments in Kontakt2 to different channels in Cubase SX3. After looking at the outputs in Kontakt2 under each instrument I can only see the two stereo channels and a surround sound one, but I see lots of channels being put into Cubase when I call up any one of the three K2 dlls. I want these in different channels because I want to use effects not included in K2, e.g spektral delay, white grains etc. I've looked under channel routing in the manual but it doesn't seem to help!

I believe you are refering to different "midi channels". If the output midi channel of a particular k2 instrument is set to a number, ie 2 and the midi channel in cubase is set to two, you have it.
