Iam looking for the best program for
(Pitch Shifter/Time Stretch)
pitching guitarloops and other instruments-loops out-there

Hi Tana,

You will do well to find a program that will effectively pitchshift guitar performances. You're better off just re-recording imo.

Well the thing is that idont play the guitar.
But I like to play around whit guitarloops.
So what Iam looking for is something to pitch the loops

Melodyne is probably the most comprehensive, ACID or Live would probably be the easiest and would provide more robust hosting capabilities.
