ive been using sampletank for awhile now and its my favorite vst by far. i use an mpc 2000xl with all my sounds loaded up in sampletank. The ONE and only thing im missing in sampletank is some sort of sample start knob. sometimes i have akai cds with a perfect sample that i just want to start at a different point. we all know this can easily be done in the mpc but i need it to be done within sampletank. im not asking to chop everything up and all that. just to start the samples at different times. is there a way to do this? i mean ive read the manual many times over and have not read anything about this before. if not can u guys give me some tips on how u go about fixing this.... thanks would help me out alot

There's no way to do it at the user level. Only if the sound is programmed that way and has a sample start macro. We did this for a lot of Miroslav Philharmonik sounds. But, it isn't there for most SampleTank sounds. Maybe at some point in the future this will be an accessible parameter for all sounds.
