Yep...it's just a straight piano sample with a straight delay - nothing fancy.
Could probably be some derivative of an M1 piano. There's a soundfont at SF2midi.com from the XP50 that's similar too. As for the delay...almost any delay plugin ever coded can do that.

Thank you for the answers. I knew delay was involved of course but when long delay time is used notes played mixed up and sounds terrible except for very slow tempos. Also the sf2 kritikon mentioned is really sound like this but if i add delay the problem i've mentioned happens. Also similar sounding piano loop exist in one of the demo songs of fl studio "Blake - Hanging On"

Try looking for a "ducking delay" type effect, where the delay volume is quietened by the original signal (ie the next note that plays). Otherwise, you can manually control feedback and volume levels - Keep the delay volume high when there's no original source, then automate it to "duck" when the next note plays.
