This 'Donkey' guy in the link posted seems to be the predominant shit-stirrer about this, and just about everything he says smacks of misinformation...Randor wrote:I can't confirm either, pretty opposite![]()

If you actually beleieve this shit, then consider some of this:
He ('Donkey') posted:
Firstly there's no actual proof that these are stolen; there only seems to be one person who's making that claim, and its him.I don't think contacing "Doru" user name's ISP will achieve much,There is obvioulsy someone in Romania that phsyically posts out in my opinion stolen samples via the CD/DVD format, and probably posts from Romania on the interent.
Secondly, part of his 'proof' that this is supposed to be a 'scam' because someone in Romania is sending out DVDs? How bizarre is that?
How come in all the time that Doru has been distributing samples, no-one has ever made that claim before now? And why is it that if two samples are the same, then its automatically Doru that copied, rather than the other way around? The reason I say stolen is because I actually recognise some of the one hit drums on the CD's/and/also it is very easy to download drum one hit samples and pass them off as your own
And where's the proof? Because this one guy says it?
No its not 'clear' just because one person claims its clear without any proof whatsoever.- as this person clearly has done here to solicit money from people.
Indeed. Doru publically told people here that he has lost ownership of dorumalaia.com. One of KVRs memebers, Mahtazz helped him register the current site, which is dorumalia2.com.Jason Falk , whom to www.dorumalaia.com is owned by could be this person, who is a drummer in a band in America funnily enough called Jason Falk.....his photo is here:
And dorumalaia2.com is owned by one Dor Malaia, in Galati, Romania.
There's not a shred of proof of any of this assertion, except for the fact that Jason Falk owns Doru's old domain. He has created an imaginary on line persona called Doru, who is always on the edge of death and saying he does things for free all the time, whilst having a credible online CV stating that he is a director of Romanian music conventions, and writes music scores etc etc, the reason he chose to create a romanian imaginary character was quite simply not many people can readily veryify the credentials of this made up musician.
And why exactly would someone who could create an 'imaginary on line persona' forget to hide their own details on the original domain, make it publically know that they had 'lost' that old domain, need someone else to help them, but register the new version in the right fake name?
Just a little bit far-fetched that someone would go to those lengths to give themselves away, huh?
Says who? Anyone here think a merchant system will let you take credit card payments under a false name?Kagi.com (his credit/transaction merchant does not require verification of its merchants (similar to western union payment system)
Except that there's proof of someone in Romania sending out the CDs (And hey, since there's someone sending them from Romania, why make up a fake name anyway?) and proof of a Doru Malaia in Romania owning www.dorumalai2.comif "doru"/Jason Falk? had used paypal to transact he would have had to be verified by them after he transacted over £500 - ie paypal make you prove who you are -+ buyers would have been able to see his real USA name and address....with Kagi paymentsnone of this is required.
So why not use this Doru Malia in Romania for Paypal too?
According to his own posts, Doru's cancer was diagnosed in January 2005. Ive seen his posts for longer than that and I dont remember him mentioning it, or his health, until relatively recently. TI read on reasonstation when doru started to sell his cds in the first month he sold over 1000 sample CD's @ $29 USD = $29,000 USD.
based on free confidence tricking methods via free advertising on reasonstation and sympathy votes (since 1998).
Does anyone have anything of proof that he was claiming this for 'sympathy votes' at all between 1998 and 2005?
Its kind of odd that this guy is claiming that Doru was indulging in 'confidence tricking methods' on Reasonstation in 1998, when reasonstation.net wasnt actually registered until 2000.
IN other words 'lets make up arbitrary some numbers to prove how heinous this imagined crime is'.I would imagine he has made over $250,000 USD from this whole confidence trick/scam.
And yet the fact that one Jason Falk has Doru's old domain registered is enough to serve as 'proof' for this guy!It is tricky to prove it is Jason Falk who actually did this.
As stated, our own Mahtazz registered that, and it is registered to a Romanian named Doru Malaia with a Romanian address...I imagine it is him, as he quickly registered www.dorumalai2.com after he realised his name and address was freely avaialble on the "who is" database.
Erm, right. So thats an admission that there's a Romanian sending out the CDs. And it can be seen that the site is registered to Doru Malaia, at a Romanian address. On DM2.com he gave the romanian address of the guy he got to post CDs out/post messages on forums.
But we're meant to beleiev that it isnt really Doru, just some other Romanian guy. And that this other Romanian guy sends out the CDs and DVDs, but they're not made by him, they're made by some guy in the US.
And the proof of all that is supposed to be that Doru's old site is now registered in the name of someone else, just like Doru told us all had happened. Erm right. Except it was the non-Doru Romanian guy, pretending to be Doru.
And all of this was done so we would buy Doru's CD's out of sympathy. Except that most of us bought them before that. And now the guy has faked his way out of his business, by claiming to be dead.
And the 'fake' Doru was that ripping us all of by not really being ill or Doru at all just coincidentally happened to be so concerned about customer service that he was sent two or three DVDs to people whose copies were badly duplicated or faulty.
Erm....
Just for the record, the IP address in a whois registration has nothing to do with the 'home' IP address of the registrant. Several of my sites are hosted and registered with US companies. The whois info howvere, does not actually return a (constantly changing) Virgin-allocated dynamic IP address....still the IP on" who is" records of the registrant is that of an american/not romanian.
