Well, very few people mix live show on a PC so the market for one would be next to zero.

It's called a 31 band graphic eq.

I've been doing live sound for over 10 years and
say don't bother with Feedback eliminators. Get
a good EQ and learn how/when to use it.

That can shorten your life with 10 years or so.

So say i program the thing. Could take me say 50 hours and i charge 30 $ per hour. Would you pay 1500 $ for such a plugin??

I checked the Digidesign Venue and it seems there isn't anything like that for it either.Which is kind of strange but maybe the hardware does it so good it's no use trying a plugin for it. Latency and whathaveyou.Just speculating.

to be honest i was looking for a lazy/easy way to prevent feedback while using the laptop as a vox effector and going into the crowd... hene the automatedness of my request
