I need a good banjo sample - I've exhausted sf2midi.com and several other freebie sites. Front Porch Banjo is nice, but a bit pricey for me at the moment.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I don't know what it is, but lately I'm really digging the sound of a banjo. It's all Bela Fleck's fault!!

I got me one (5th string broke though).
There's an SF called Magic isn't there? But I think you need some basic knowledge of picking in order to get that authentic bluegrass sound.
I made a fairly good banjo sound on Krakli's Stringz...Perhaps Ian could design a PM banjo.

My next instrument is going to be a banjo. I love the sound of it.

Yeah, the Magic SF2 is the best thing I've found so far, but it still lacks that certain something...
Never thought about using the Krakli thing, but it's worth a try.
Since other people I've shown interest, I'll post anything else that I find.
Bela Fleck is that vampire guy
Thanks for replies.

Bela fleck is one of the luckiest people in the world, because he has one of the best bassists in his band !
Carpo diem ergo sum !
