No, that's the very reason for the Kelly Industries plugin to exist (at least they said so on their site).
SX doesn't even have a master "mono" button anymore (which VST had).

woot, just right click on the pan field in cubase mixer and pick any of the three visual pan options...

Yes. Or you can use Cubase symphonic plug and set stereowith to 0 for true mono.

Anyways, I will still need those plugs for eXT (actually, I need them mainly for this, as it's gonna be my new live guitar rig).
