I'm 3/4 done with a full preset bank for this synth. This is a fantastic sounding VSTi. I'm going after more "musical" tones than most banks for this thing seem to go for. I guess I'm going to sweet rather than edgy.

Sure, the skin is ugly, but my only real problem with it is that it sometimes stutters with the low notes on some presets--especially when using the pitch wheel.

I'd love to see an update to this synth to fix the bug--one that doesn't change the sounds of my presets.

After I finish up a skin for Synthefellow, I am never doing GUI work for free again. Vera and that dude in Detroit can have it all.

Edit: Not because of any project in particular. I just stretched myself way to thin.

You're not doing that synthefellow GUI work for free my fine sir. Remember? I'm paying you. (ps-1...hint hint hint)

Yeah, but I mean things that buy me food and pay my rent. the work that I have recently put into an anonymous gentlemans instrument actually took so long it started getting me in trouble with my day job.

Although I do look forward to playing with that ps-1 someday. I still have quite a bit of work left on Jeff's synth.

Post

Oh, and its not Jeff's micromodular, which is actually far more simple than the referenced trouble making synth above.

Replying soon. ;)

Can you post the final voyager shots up here? I can't wait till the GUI gets worked in.....I see alot of potential in it...and I'd love to start a pro-sounds freeset for it, but I can't work with that GUI. lol. Synth sounds great, the GUI looks like binary or something. :hihi:

peace
