yes, your music (much more than Bones') proves that you can get along with it, depending on what music you are making - that hoewever doesn't make e.g. Shane's sentiments less valid and they are restrictions e.g. I could never live with...
havent read his post, so i dont know what they are. Lots of ppl tend to try stuff and moan, then dont try it for a few years, when apps may have changed a lot. (or not in the case of two i demoed this week)

Any road up, this is all going the way of the dragon, so lets not waste valuable time muttering sweet nothings into each others bungholios, and move on quitely eh ;)

Yes, that's the thing. Although recording controllers through MIDI-IN works fine. Full midi recording will be in the thing in the next release along with ASIO (recording notes with too much latency isn't interesting anyway).

Working on it.. so to say 8)

that's cool - apart from this major flaw Tunafish is quite interesting... :-D

The trouble is, you haven't really mentioned much that helps us advise you at this point! For example, we don't really know if you want something to work instead of Orion (i.e. replacing its features), alongside Orion (i.e. with Rewire/whatever), or seperately/differently to Orion.
Ive demoed a few, one seems ok, but not ideal.
I can understand if you are trying to avoid a "host wars" type thread. But once again, in terms of giving further advice or more detailed information from a users perspective it would really help to know:
* Which one seemed OK
* What about it appealed to you, and
* How did it fall short of being ideal?

If you can be specific about that then the whole thread can become more focussed on giving you the help you initially wanted :)

Just had a look. nice and clean, seems simple enough. Cant seem to make it go full screen tho :?

I'll be watching this to see how it develops, i think it may be cool.
