I'm sure it is me, but when i insert FLS as a dxi in sonar5p.e multi or not, and push play, NOTHING. It starts for about a tenth of a second and stops. Same with rewire, when I do the same in cubase sx3 FLS vsti or rewire and push play, everything plays fine. I know there must be something in sonar that I am not doing right but I cannot figure it out. Is there something I should be doing at setup in sonar. the only way I get sonar5 to play my fls dxi or rewire to play is to set up loop points. To all my sonar users I need you help.

Is there anything in any of the SONAR tracks? The SONAR transport won't move if all of its tracks are empty (unless you're recording). You can just put any kind of MIDI event somewhere in a SONAR track out beyond where the FL tracks would end, and then it should play fine.

Other than that, with the DXi fix already mentioned and a decent latency setting, I don't know what the problem might be, sorry. It's working fine here.

I think I finally figured it out. in the midi track fls is assigned to I entered a number value in the time location and it played. hopefully I'm on the right track, by the way is this susan that has been offering help unconditionally, if so thanks a bunch

I've never managed to run FL inside Sonar without getting crackles and interrupted sound. Well, if the project in FL is low on the cpu, no problem, but as soon as it's a bit cpu-loaded, not necessarily too much, the problems start.
