maybe prodyon prodyspace:

Image

Prodyspace is a new kind of 4d-Panner which has been designed to put Instruments within a mix to the front or to the back. To achieve this effect, the Prodyspace uses delay-modulation (kind of spatial processing), intelligent filtering and very short reverberation (FDN).

Please listen to the Audio-demo and/or download the plugin on the bottom of this page!

Yes, but i would like to have it moving... I would need some kind of a prodyspace modulated with a LFO maybe ?
I think SPinaudio has such a plugin, but i can't afford it as it comes in a bundle for 90$...

2 plugins come to mind that are among my favorites and most used.

Freeverb 2 (not Too) very little cpu, great sound.

Mymag (saturator/level booster) gives a more aggressive tape-like sound to things. Almost no cpu hit. 1 slider!!
I use it all the time. www.samplerchan.com (http://www.samplerchan.com)

There are 2 different things. One is the vocoder and the other one is the autotune. I think the daft punk is a mix of both effects. The vocoder makes the voice sound robotic, and the autotune makes the voice to change sharply between different notes. I think the autotune is triggered via midi. Because before the change of one note to another there is low-pitch note, to make a different effect: 1)Previous note 2) Low note 3) Next note.
And I foun this. Didn't try it. You tell me:

Wow - what a great list of Free plugins! There is one I came across that you might find interesting - Mobius. I don't believe I saw it earlier on the list. It is a looping program similar to the Digital Echoplex but much more capable. You can run it in either stand-alone or VST mode. Currently it is Windows only.

Find it here: http://www.zonemobius.com
