I'm not sure if these are already possible or if these have already been requested. I've only played with the demo a few times, so please bear with me if I'm missing something obvious.
1) A slide arranger mode. Basically the events would retain their original slice lengths from the loop. Inserting an event would push the events on the right rightward by the length of the newly inserted event. Removing an event would cause all the events to the right to shift leftward to occupy the now empty space of the deleted event. Kind of like arranging a stack of books on a shelf with no empty space between them.
2) An option to have the auto slice points of the original loop as one of the grid options in the snap menu.
Sorry if I'm not describing these clearly enough.
Thanks

i understand everything just fine and these features aren't available and weren't requested before afair.
but as ohm implements the selection of multiple events (see 1.4 beta thread) this might not be necessary anymore.
your 2nd request could also be handy at times.
excellent request, i just had a situation yesterday when i wanted to insert a slice and wished i could just move the slices after the insert mark to the right.slasi wrote:1) A slide arranger mode. Basically the events would retain their original slice lengths from the loop.

I like both ideas, they could improve workflow even more!
