Well -- what does it matter that a musician who's lost all his club gigs gets a new Gibson LP or Junior to make a living with? We sit here at our comfortable PC DAW consoles and speculate whether a jammer deserves to get his gig back or not?

I love all ya'll's styles but can we get beyond the axe comparisons yet and vote on the topic at hand??

I totally agree we don't give more to Red Cross. But asking people about their vocation before helping them doesn't seem right to me. There are many initiatives for and by musicians.
