Spectrum Frequency /EQ copier VST?

About a year ago I came across a VST plug-in that learned the Spectrum Frequency and EQ of a recording and you could apply that to your own track.
Can't remember the name or who made it. I know TC has something similar but if any one knows of
This type of VST, I would appreciate the info.
