If you're hearing that click reflected back to you off the surfaces of the room because a) there are surfaces which are of a low absorbency material b) there are planes on the wall which direct the sound back to the "listener", then most likely it IS a realistic reverb. Because, that's what would happen.
Go and stand in a small tiled room and make a click noise or hit something. You'll hear a small reverb AND some reflected sound.

I guess you never experienced the listening conditions that were simulated with the plug in (empty room, no other noise, using a click noise and keeping attention to the ERs?). In real life, you don't necessarily pay attention for the effect that corners have on the reverb (and usually you do not have the opportunity to choose a round room instead...). Do the test Gargoyle told you about, in a real room, and you will find exactly the sound you were describing in your first (unedited) post. Yeah, that's real life, man! I hope they will fix this bug in Real Life V 2.0 ...Architeuthis wrote: Edit: And again I will say that if this is a real-life occurrance then I have no problem with it. But I've never expereinced this in real life.

I ordered my upgrade years ago but up to this day it still hasn't been shipped - I didn't even receive a download-link!

Yep, all current users are entitled to minor upgrades, but you have to stop using your current version (i.e. die) in order to qualify for a major upgrade. You can contact me at minordeity@reincarnsoft.com should you have any support questions.
The mind boggles.

do you offer any bundles? And what about a crossgrade-discount?Juanjo wrote:Yep, all current users are entitled to minor upgrades, but you have to stop using your current version (i.e. die) in order to qualify for a major upgrade. Sorry, no bundles or crossgrades as this is quite a unique product. But we'll start a group buy soon, I'll keep you posted.
The mind boggles.

Thanks to Sickle for the heads up on this thread! Not that I could be bothered to read it all
Architeuthis (Argitoth) has sent me an apology, so I don't really need to comment.
I will reply to bmanic and his comments about the stereo separation in RaySpace. People tend to make symmetrical rooms, maybe it's an inbuilt need for perfection, or maybe it looks nice, and I have to admit a lot of the presets are mirrored about the centre. Increasing the scattering helps but making odd shaped rooms is even better. I'm looking into possibly allowing mic. parameters to give more return signal control in the future, but meanwhile, quikquak's new synth needs to be worked on...
Cheers,
quikquak
