Are there any sample libraries around with some quality Sampled Dobro Guitars?

yes, RA. It's rather and I do mean rather expensive for just a Dobro.

What are you looking for, specifically? I've got a variety of outtakes from sessions for Texas Music Forge that might suit your purposes.

I checked Esoundz and here's what I found:

American Heartland (Akai and E4 format) - $199 list

Sonic Refills #12 Acoustic Folk (Reason 2.5/3) - $60 list

ST2XL - $499 list

Note: your price at Esoundz may vary, depending on what else you've bought from them. Mine were substantially lower on the above items. In addition, I haven't checked to see if other sample libraries I have (DimPro, Kontakt2) have Dobro, but they're in the same general price range as ST2XL.

check the garageband jampack. There is one pack that have a very very nice dobro samples.
