i'll be trying it myself this afternoon, but it looks like a powerful workhorse effect. big fan of BiFilter, and FilterBank2 has all the filters from BiFilter (plus more filter and distortion types, LFOs, and other stuff)

was wondering when someone will start a thread about this little gem...
well...all I can say is friggin FANTASTIC
filters we have enuff to last us a lifetime...free and payware. but FilterBank2 goes way beyond yer normal LP/BP/HP X amount of LFOs, envelope following, step sequencing stuff...etc
those FM based filters on board that thing are AMAIZING
but that's not to say that the other algo's are no good...they're excellent! all 54 of them
all that combined with the routing capabilities and the effect/distortion modules and LOW cpu usage and affordable price have made me come to the conclusion that I must have this thing!! ...next payday hopefully
it can sound very smooth and subtle but with a click of a button it can turn into a wild beast
top work Tone2!

Is the Filerbank2 a development on Obertone's Filterbank? It looks like different companies...

yes, a development of filterbank - two companies, because obertone was markus' outlet of free/betaish vst not (yet) fit for commercial release.bengeorge wrote:Is the Filerbank2 a development on Obertone's Filterbank? It looks like different companies...
