You mean fix the velocities at 100 while you're recording? You could probably use a MIDI track insert for that...not 100% sure, but totally possible.

Post

can you explain step by step what you mean by MIDI track insert (add a MIDI track and then what?). Sorry but I'm not as advanced.

...and you still don't know how to look it up in the manual? press F1 for christs sakes! It's really not that difficult. and it saves you from having to beg here for silly step by step instructions.

Well,

I still think pressing the F1 is rather simpler than posting here. But nevermind me, I'm just the automated KVR tooltip bot for the key F1... that's right, F1.

yes,

F1 :tu:

Post

Ha ha ha^^^ Funny (really that was funny, KRV Tooltip bot) and also I didn't know about the F1 (help) function. So you did help with the short cut but seriously you should learn how to talk (or type) to people, because people thats already asking for help is fustrated as it is and it kills me to get a dumb azz reply just because I asked for help. For the record,thanks....

Sorry about that mrcleva.

to answer your original question (and it was probably mentioned here already): find out everything you possibly can about cubase drum maps. I just had a quick listen to some of your music. The cubase drum editor (with drum maps) is going to give you the beats you want (and the fixed velocities, too).
