SX 2.2 cannot launch with BFD

I've been using BFD successfully with Cubase SX 2.2 until now. Seems that the BFD dll-files in the VST-folder interrupts Cubase when launching it. It simply quits. When i remove the .dll-files I can launch Cubase without problems just like before. Ever heard of that? Have had this problem twice. I run a dual core Pentium PC (new one).
