I was trying to fit everything in which made for the wandering feel and I do agree that this is more of a cd teaser than an actual mashup. I plan on doing as you say when I have more time and using a few of the better blends to create an actual song. Right now though I am in Chihuahua, Mexico, and far away from my DAW, so it will have to wait.

Well, I acquired the prize and started the contest, so Im ineligible to win. I simply entered my piece to inspire others and get the ball rolling.

All you had to do is slap two songs together and you would win $300 of awesome plugins from Wave Arts!!!!!
I don't get it!

But, for the sake of prosperity, I'm extending the deadline through April. This will be the final deadline extension and after that, if there are still no entries, then I will thank Wave Arts for their extrememly kind offerings and let it go.
Let's not be ungrateful folks....put something together...for the community if nothing else.
I'm going to send out some personal emails to folks to encourage competition, but if you don't own the Katrina Relief CD yet, now is your time to get it and mash something up. I have considered myself ineligible and only worked a bit on something to contribute in the same way Freezey did.
