Need a file/sample playback VST that can do +/- 10 BPMs on the fly without altering pitch. I'm playing back files up to 3 minutes long in AudioMulch at gigs and need flexibility to go a little faster and slower without altering pitch. Any ideas?

Thanks

ps. not interested in Ableton Live

Live is cool.... I'm not knocking it.....

AudioMulch is just better for what I do because it's basically a blank canvas host/environment with no preset way of doing anything. There are no music making paradigms built in to it. It's as out there as my brain/creativity can take me. It's a different way of music/sound making as opposed to the standard sequencer/looper approach (I'm not knocking that either, I sequence alot too.)

Check it out..... www.audiomulch.com.

You could try xtal, it will stretch the tempo of wave files. Other options might be Bidule or pure data, although they are more complex and so would require some trial and error.

Spyro, shamann, AKJ
