Hi all - a quick post to ask if the Manytone instruments (all Wusik v1-based?) are compatible with Windows Xp x64 edition? I'm specifiically interested in running them in Sonar 5 x64 on Win x64 if poss. If not, are there plans to introduce this compatibility in later updates or versions?

thx

I think with bitbridge, any vsti will work in x64. Should be in the manual.

thanks for replying Mike. yes, in theory, that's the way it should be, but not everything works with it. If I had more time I'd just install all my VSTs and get testing but I don't, so I'm fishing instead...

i've stgarted a thread over at cakewalk:

Hi pwal

I am looking into this now. I'll see what i can find but i think your thread at cakewalk may reveal the most info as hopefully we will see someone using the products on 64 bit there.

I have Sonar5 but am only running at 32 bit at the moment and all Manytone plugs work well in it.

Anyways ...good question ...lets figure it out.

Also you said:

No only ManyStation is Wusik based ....ManyGuitar is Dash engine.

Indeed, we don't have our x64 machine yet, so we can't really test, but it should work...

Hi pwal

I just got word from our Dash coders (ManyGuitar and ManyOne) that if there is any problem with those 2 products on the 64 bit environment, they will be sure to do all they can to update and support our products for it. So on our end, everything looks good there. Lets see what folks say now about using our stuff in 64bit and we can see from there what we need. Seems not a lot of folks are using our products in it yet.

That said .... we are preparing for it!

Cheers
