Emu X2...when is it out?

the X2 softsampler upgrade was supposed to be out by now, i'm talking software only for registered owners....the Emu Production Forums are down, and Emu ain't open yet...i'm trying to budget some money, anyone know when the software upgrade will be out?

Both products are scheduled to be released in May 2006 and can be run either standalone (64 MIDI channels) or as a VST instrument (16 MIDI channels per instantiation) on Windows. Both include a 2in/2out USB MIDI interface and over 3GB of sounds at an estimated street price of $299.99 for Emulator X2 and $199.99 for Proteus X2.

i'm speaking of software upgrade for registered owners (as stated in original post)....if anyone cares, the price is $80.oo, i left my info, Emu said they will send an email within 2 weeks to order...i'm not %100 sure, but i think anyone with Emu audio cards will be able to buy the X2 software itself for same price...it really has some kick ass features, i've decided for the time being to concentrate on my analog synths and X2, sampanalog, just like the old days...that and Korg Legacy 
...i just can't keep up with all the vst options, too hard to get stuff done, i spend too much time trying to learn every different oner rather than learning a couple in and out, ya know?
that's the plan anyway...

Hey man if these guys aren't talking about it then it's going to be later. I too am looking at the X2 and know about the upgrade from 1 to the new 2 version.
