I don't know, but I've been told these are basically native versions of the STW P100/A100 on the Creamware platform, and those sound bloody nice to me :D.. I am sure you can dial them in to sound half-bad too.

They demand some hefty DSP and PCI-resources too.

knowing that you have never used it, that's quite the bold statement. even from mr. "all commercial stuff is crap"

Ahhh...i think i will get in financial problems again very soon... :? 8)

could ne1 up some decent 100% dry/ 100% wet examples with drums/vocals/brass and studio-like- as well as stage/hall-settings (.wav-files), please? I'd asked for it in another thread but of now there still isn't much useful stuff to compare to my 300s. I'll make them availible here, too. Thanks alot!

The only problem with the mute function on kvr is that I still have to see the stubs of posts from mental infants like Snooky.

Yeah, well honestly snook, did you have anything else to do here, except to keep going on and on and on about your mission against commercial plugins? Bloody crusader.

Still liking it here. The two "Gold Plate" presets are great standbys--sort of "throw anything at it for instant gratification".

There is definitely something going on in these algos, maybe it's the modulation, dunno. Mixes get this kind of "yea, that's right" sort of mojo going. I prefer using them subtly for that, not as much with really wet mixes. But with the mix dialed down a bit and carefully tuned damping, everything gets this pro sort of lustre. 8)

oh come on!

You know as well as me that CSR is overpriced/mediocre (at best) and not even worth the pixels in the screenshots.

snooky,

I don't say this as often as I should but, f**k off troll idiot! :x

I've already muted you once. should've kept at the original conviction.

You already admit to never even trying out demos. So you don't know whether it's shite or not. (Personally, I suspect it probably is shite, but I'm not going to be a big enough dick to state it as fact until I at least demo it).

Your logic is along the same lines as...

I hate black people.

Do you know any black people?

No, never even talked to one, but they must be bad because they're black.

Those with that type of attitude are beneath contempt even. Your attitude to commercial plugins is identical logic.

You're a twat.

I don't know any twats, personally, butall twats must be twats, because they're like you...

See how stupid the logic is?

No...because you're a twat.

still, CSR sucks.

I demoed it with this exact same attitude: ie. IK products to date have been mediocre and unimaginative at best. Well, CRS is definitely unimaginative, meaning it's a near carbon copy of of lexicon PCM90, making it reasonably difficult to spot obvious differences in A/B testing. But then again, PCM90 is a damn good reverb, head over heels compared to other native crop. Needless to say that if you like the original, you will like CRS just the same, although it's more flexible as a plugin compared to the rack unit, apart from some parameter ranges.

PCM90 sound most definitely is my favourite reverb now.

*sigh* you lot are so gullible...
