The new Audiodamage Phase Two is supposed to be incredible.
For flange, go for Kjaerhus classic...if you like it, you can get the Gold Modulator.
Kjaerhus classic phaser is pretty awesome, too.

for Phaser effects... nothing beats MOBILOHM - nothing
