vst/sample writer/soundfont/what have you

I seem to remember comming across an application that was centered around creating .wavs and soundfonts using vsts and vstis. i can't remember what it's name was. I guess 'Extreme Sample Converter' is similar to it, but its not the one im thinking of. Anyone?

Before EXSC had this ability (it's new with version 3.0), Chainer could do this.

krakatau: yeah, i was kidding, thats why i asked. note the sarcasm (why ppl insist on being an ass for no reason, i've no idea).
doubsyo: yeah i own chainer, its a nice app. thnx for the recommendation.
i was asking, simply because i wanted to know. there is also the 'vst dumper' but self important ppl like sasha frankcqzkcq run their mouth and ppl decide to stop developing. next thing u know the whole domain is gone.
regardless.. theres another one out there and i can't find it, but i will eventually. thought kvr would be a good place to ask, guess not.
