EMU's Emulator X & Acid 6 Pro

Anyone have success getting the EMU 1820m and Acid working? There was a known problem with 5.0 Pro where I noticed Acid would occasionally fail to play back when you had the Emu ASIO audio driver selected... Now in 6.0 Pro demo, I haven't gotten it to play yet.

Also, I to date have never had Acid work properly with the Emulator X. Playing only simple midi programming a time or two will eventually cause the Emulator X to cutoff.

My system is not a question as far as speed or configuration go... Also of important note is that acid works fine with all other VSTs I use, and the Emulator X works fine in all other apps I've used it in...

If anyone can lend help with the EMU 1820m soundcard or the emulator X in ACID, or can confirm the problems I'm having, let me know !
