Oberheim Resurrection is a brand-new sample library focused on evolving the classic Oberheim sound into the new millenium. This sample library is available for Wusikstation v1/v2, Soundfont, and SFZ.

Oberheim Resurrection relies on a large waveform base drawn from various Xpander and Matrix synths. Every classic sound is represented: Brass, Strings, Bells, raw Saw/Square/FM waveforms, Clavs, EPs, and many more. Not only that but a significant portion of the waves were created by running Oberheim synths through various analog and digital FX to create never-before-imagined Oberheim sounds! Details:
  • *450mb (32-bit format) of carefully sampled/looped Oberheim waveforms.
    *86 unique soundsets
*625 Wusikstation v1/v2 presets authored by the very best Wusikstation designers - Tim Conrardy, TOTC, Ugo, Jeremy Janzen, elv and more!
You can listen to a variety of mp3 demos below. As we get closer to release, more mp3 demos will be available - so check back often!
Full-Length Demo Tracks:

I did a little sound collage of some of the presets
I did with this outstanding soundset.

it is one of the rare sets that give me the feeling
of having really analog sounds to tweak. :-)

the warmth and phattness which these samples provide are outstanding.

Yeah, those convinced me. JJ's earlier ones are good, too, but in that area of evolving pads where I feel a bit overdosed. But if there are a few more good ledes and basses like yours, I'm all for it... :)

Oh, yeah!! :hihi:

Very nice stuff indeed (esp. from 1:30-2:15).

I've been kind of an Ob junkie since I got my Rhino add-ons, but these sounds go off in some other neat ways, thanks to the Wusik engine.

Thanks FCD :D Yes, there's plenty more. I've split my sixty four presets into categories of either 8 or 4 patches each (there 4 Sound Effects Patches, and I'm thinking of making 4 drum kits by splitting the layers and heavily synthesizing the samples) I've got 8 basses and 8 leads in my set, and I'm sure there will be more, quite a few people working on this one.

Peace
