Hi,
I use a vocoder to add vocal harmonies to my music, in particular the one from www.analogx.com
Now, however, I'm looking for something better. The thing I don't like about the AnalogX vocoder is that there's often some noise in my files once the vocoding process is complete. (For this program, you have to use two mono WAV files: one for the carrier, and the other for the modulator.) Does anyone know of a similar vocoder that has better sound? Also, what are some recommendations for VST-based vocoders that can be controlled with MIDI for real-time work?
Thanks.

Yours Sincerely,
Kelly John Sapergia

try the "Digital Synth" from this site

It's the best free vocoder you can get! It's a little bit of work to get the results you expect, but it's really fantastic for every purposes!!!

I downloaded the file, but there's only a file with a .ENS extension. What program do I need to use this type of file?
Thanks.
