Him I use Pro Tools and its audio streching function is really good but it does have its limits. I was looking for something better or the "best" if possible.

FL Studio currently has one of the, if not the, best time stretch algos (or rather, a set of them) on the market.

Pt's time compression/expansion is HORRIBLE dude. If you want the real deal, go for Serato pitch+time. It's an audiosuite and can be configured in PT to be the default TCE algorithm.
