When I try to load CSR in Logic, it starts to initialize and then crashes... without exception...
Any recommendations? I'm running the latest versions of Logic (7.2) and OSX (10..4.6).
I'm in a situation where I need to use CSR immediately, but IK Multimedia has not responded to my email requests for help.
I also tried eSoundz. I've been calling for two days. No one answers the phone. And no one has returned my phone calls.
I will say that the eSoundz people are very polite and helpful when you talk to them. But if they are unable to answer their phones in a timely matter (same goes with IK), ???

You might want to try downloading the syncrosoft software from their site and re-installing it. I had a problem early on that this remedied.

I hate to ask for so much help, but what is involved with reinstalling the Syncrosoft software? Is it a pain? Anything I should be mindful of?

Well, I just downloaded and installed the Syncrosoft update.
No luck.
Here's what happens:
1. I load the plug.
2. It does nothing for 20 seconds (the dongle flashes a lot).
3. The top left of the plugin windows pops up.
4. Logic crashes. Every... time...
This may turn into a vote for Arts Acoustic Reverb. As a matter of fact, I'm going to download the demo...
