PDC= plug-in delay compensation.
Some plug-ins introduce delay due to internal buffer, if coded properly they will report this to the host who should compensate by moving all other tracks by the reported amount to keep everything in synch.
A good example of delay unducing plug-in would be the SIR reverb.
