Does anyone know of a free set of individual hits from the Elektron MachineDrum... any format, I can always convert.

I know M-audio do a sample cd of the machine drum, but I've not got the cash to hand, due to just having bought a new car... so a freebie would be nice

don't shell out the money for the m-audio cd, it's pure garbage !

it would be nice if someone could repost the samples from the ableton board...

This must be one hell of a machine if samples are so sought after..I'm in queue too.

I have'nt tried the machine but i think one of the big selling points is that you can change the sounds on a step basis. So that's why sampling the machine is only a small part of it.Kind of like sampling a giant modular synth.

That of course does'nt mean a sample pack of it would be greatly appreciated.I'd like one as well.

Yes, I agree for the step basis changes, but cause i can't afford it now.. ..a samplepack will be appreciated....then, when i can afford it, i will surely buy!

(Anyone did a similar DM in a VST-Soft version?..could be nice to see a SPS1-V!!!

Well, if anyone tracks down the samples posted originally on the Ableton forum, could they post a link here?

I understand that the raw sounds are only part of the appeal of the machine, but until I can afford the hardware, they'll do!
