What does everyone think of this collection of VSTs?

How can one put it...they f**k your sound up, sometimes it's not pretty, sometimes it's bordering on wonderful. Like a bad trip with intermittent flashes of nirvana. Be afraid...

A lot of them got taken down recently, though.

FX Lord is kind of the culmination of all the Jack Dark little boxes. My next FX purchase...

i just checked out an LP of his http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=am ... ozefuk4gfj ... i really like some of it, and some of it i don't care for... i can see some of this stuff being really useful.

FX lord, is that the one that isn't out till May or is it out already?

The one that will be for creating horror movie type FX sounds bad ass...

I only glanced over it though, pretty busy at work today.

Blargh.

FX Jockey seems cool as hell. Used it to track live using a wierd setup, guitar to amp to mike through computer and FX Jockey, controlled it while I recorded live, liked it a lot.

... but it actually isn't. At all.

Effects are set up individually, and the modmatrix is a joy to use. I'd say download the demo and see for yourself...
