... Show which frequencies an entire song part use? I of course have a bunch that display single tracks/instruments, but it's so damn tiresome to go through roughly 10-15 of them just to figure out what to cut (or boost).

I believe that one of the Voxengo EQ's and perhaps the pay version of Poshifopit do this for any channel that also has another instance of these EQ's. Basically the EQ's on one track will also display the frequency info on the EQ's of other tracks.

Voxengo GlissEQ does just that, as long as you put the parts in question into a single bus and look at the spectrums there. you can even look at multiple spectrums from different GlissEQs in one plugin window. It's handy if you're into that kind of stuff.
I'd still recommend you to learn to do that by ear, as it's a lot faster and a whole lot more reliable when you advance in skill.
