i just need a couple of clean guitar parts to mess with, testing some FX. If someone could knock up a couple of nice riffs or leads etc that would be very helpfull (wav please)

def no FX required

oh yeah, electric, not acoustic, nor bass.

What stylee? Muted single notes, fonkay, spacious chords, choppy chords, jaathy, c**nty and western?

something bluesy i think, so i cant run it thru some fx (mainly dist) to test the sound. Some picks, and some longer notes, not bothered about chords much.

Hmm, you did a load for me before as i recall, shame i havent still got those....HDD crashes are a PITA.

You own ManyGuitar ...why not run a Blues Midi through a few of the Clean Guitar sets? Would that work? Gregjazz has created some great Blues licks with ManyGuitar. Or did you need a real player playing??? or what?

i tried finiding some midi stuff, but its such a pain, and since my HHD died, i lost most of my free software....but really im looking for an audio file, its just a lot easier for me to test stuff with.

Took longer than I expected because, basically, I've given up guitar playing because after 20 years I'm still crap, and I'm way out of practise (and right at this moment they're aching like a bastsrd too after all the playing i had to do to get these snippets).

Only this time it is true. Haven't played guitar properly since a disaster of a gig last Mayday bank holiday, gave up in disgust. The odd plonk on a few chords on other people's guitars but nothing really musical since. I'd forgotten just how physical it is for the old fingers
