Hi everyone
im desperately looking for a crazy reverb plugin for cubase sx3 that can sound as good or has nice functions as the new reverb plugin that was introduced in Logic Pro 7.2 (the convolution reverb).
It was one of the nicest reverb plugins i have ever had the chance of using. Unfortunately it only runs on Mac and im using Cubase SX3. Is there anything else out there on the market that can compete with that Logic reverb plugin?
Price is not an issue right now.....thanks!
Logic 7.2 convolution reverb equivalent as native VST?

A convolution reverb is only as good as the impulse samples. I assume you know about the freebie SIR, and the excellent Voxengo convolution reverbs? You would need to get you impulse samples from www.echochamber.com or elsewhere.
I think Altiverb is available for VST now - they have the most impressive library sounds, if you want to pay for them.

Wizooverb is pretty wicked.
Haven't used the Logic plug so I can't comment on how it might compare?

There was no new reverb plugin in 7.2 - I assume you mean Logic's convolution reverb called "Space Designer" which was introduced with Logic 6...tekara wrote:as the new reverb plugin that was introduced in Logic Pro 7.2 (the convolution reverb).
In any case, the success of convolution is more dependent on the impulses than anything else, so grab SIR and some Echochamber and Noisevault impulses and you're good to go.

I assume you mean www.echochamber.ch (under "ressourcen") rather than .com?
.com is something different; I'm not sure what yet because it requires you to log in to find out...
