Sounds pretty nice Giro. Have you finished that one, or is it still 'work in progress'?
If not, then might I suggest a tad more snare on the snare drum? Kick sounds great... again!
Ever thought about tracking a 'retro' kit? Thats something Iv been thinking about doing myself actually - renting some nasty of pre's and comps, and doing a retro synth funk kit. Something like the 'Zero G Planet of the Breaks' type sound.

Here's the ones I did:autodafe wrote: yeah, no prob. which ones should I add ? where are they?

I also did some EXS24 ones, but these require manual renaming of some samples (doesn't support long filenames, those folks at Emagic... tsk), so I will keep them for now until there is a request.

Autodafe, you can post my SFZ mappings along with Sacha Frank's if you want:
http://www.drealm.info/sfz/GIRO/
The sfz files sit in a folder (called, for example, "sfz") alongside "single patches".
Oh, and I guess I need to update my page and the files to point to your site rather than AudioShots!

Thanks for the samples and the mappings people.
I downloaded them at a whopping 1.6 MB/s on avarage (peaking well over 2.5), so the hosting is very much ok.
I haven't had the chance yet to try them out, but I'll give some feedback as soon I can.
Cheers

For Reason users, there's a really good REFILL version of the kits that Pluggotic made last year.
Go to Combinator HQ at http://q2.teche.net/hq/index.php
You need to register.
Search for "Pluggotic" in the downloads area, and 'Custom Works Drum Kit Vol. 1' will come up.
it's 153 MB
thanks again for these great drums Salvador
