does anyone know of a host/stand-alone app that allows for graphical frequency domain editing besides AA?

WaveLab latest version I believe. Plus there's another app out there which only does frequency space editing but can I remember the name - nope. And it costs a bomb. Oh, and there's something-boy. Extra Boy? http://www.elevayta.com/ has it. Maybe not exactly what you had in mind.

There's audiosculpt. I believe it's still the cutting edge in this.
