I'm searching for vocoder that makes the voice like in the Cheer's song "Believe".
This technique is very powerful for jingles. I think :-/

The effect that cher used was antares autotune so i suggest that you get it, but you can also use any other pitch shifter effect with automation

According to the interview I read with the engineer who did it, Talker. Others dispute this. I think they just poked Cher with sticks while she was trying to sing.
