Looking for "tutorial"??

whats up everyone?

Just quickly looking for a tutorial or set of "guidlines" which I can quote giving some pointers for sampling audio for a plugin etc. Just looking for stuff like "record each note three seperate volumes" etc. Excuse the awful grammar but i've been typing a report all day and can't be bothered with English anymore!

Anyways, anyone got any directions?
