Favorite Mastering Plugs and in what order?

My typical mastering chain, hosted within SONAR 5 Pro:

1. Voxengo Tape Bus or Voxengo Lampthruster or AIPL WarmTone, depending on taste
2. Refined Audiometrics PLParEQ (usually several instances)
3. Voxengo Soniformer
4. Voxengo MSED
5. Refined Audiometrics CLAS
6. Voxengo Elephant
7. Voxengo SPAN

Sometimes I substitute running the mix through an actual reel-to-reel deck instead of #1, when true analog tape warmth is a must-have.

I've never upsampled before processing but thinking about it, that actually makes a lot of sense. I should probably do that next time. If I do, I'll probably use Sonar's built in resampling/word length capabilities, or possibly R8Brain.
