Im looking for a really simply comb filter, like just a couple of controls wet/dry and feedback or something.
Ive done a search on here and have a only found completely over the top plugs with 10s of dials and knobs, and they dont sound right anyway. The one in phatmatik pro is exactly what I am looking for, very basic and sounds perfect, but alas you cannot use it as an effect.
So just wondering does anyone know of a simple vst comb filter similar to that?
Cheers,
eng

Ehm, you could use any regular delay and set the delay time less than 20ms for a simple comb filter effect.
My MusicCalc is temporary offline.

CamelPhat: http://www.kvraudio.com/get/538.html
however, it's not a one trick pony, it offers much more. Beside different other (good sounding) filter types, LFOs etc. there are very good distortion and dynamic effects. But it's still very very easy to handle and does not cost too much. You should give it a try!

Thanks frit, camelphat has the exact sound and control I was looking for. Quad frohmage came very close also. All the others were pretty awful sounding or way OTT
